EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
• We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
• It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size or a different colour; we cannot exchange items for a different item .
• Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
• Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or UPS)
• We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Hong Kong must be returned from Hong Kong. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customized items cannot be returned.
• All sale items are Final Sale.No returns will be permitted.
• Items cannot be exchanged without authorization sent directly FROM SUN=SEN. The customer must provide proof of
shipment within 14 business days following the issuance of a Return Authorization .
To request a Return Authorization ,e-mail us on our contact page and provide your name ,order number,the name of the item(s)
you wish to return ,and a reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for the return.The customer will not be refunded for any costs associated with the original shipment .
